Developments in technology and design are creating new tools and redefining opportunities for people who experience barriers at birth or later in life. We will be speaking with two innovators who are empowering people to become the prime movers in their own lives.Dr. Maurit Beeri, has gained her unique insights while working with impacted children as Director General of Pediatric and Adolescent Rehabilitation at Alyn Hospital. Sarah Gluck, Movement Engineer and Founder of The Integral Body in Brooklyn, NY, has designed both public and personal spaces to encourage individual well-being. Participants will be given the opportunity to join in an innovative movement/healing segment led by Sarah. Israeli and American women continue to excel in individual sports competitions at the national and international levels.
