B’Teens Youth Platform

The program is free of charge and welcomes American and Israeli Teens 16-18 from all walks of life. This platform is created by Gen Z for Gen Z. The content reflects topics that youth voices are passionate about, including, but not limited to:

Climate Change
Voter Suppression
Social Justice
Police Brutality
Systemic Racism
LGBTQ Issues including Gender Norms and Gender Identity

Launch Date: Sunday, October 11th, 2020 @ 11:00am -12:00pm ET/6:00pm-7:00pm Israel Time

The Tea on each topic will be served for one hour at 11am on Sundays starting October 11^th. The discussion will continue via our Discord platform with thought provoking questions, content (videos, essays, photos) and comments from our counselors and you our participants.

Requirements for Participation

You must a current American or Israeli high school student 16-18 years old
You must be able to understand English and communicate with your peers in English at least conversationally (B’Teens will be hosted in English and we would like you to have the opportunity to fully participate with us.)
You must be prepared to fully participate in the conversation during the presentation and share your honest thoughts and opinions on each week’s topic
You must be prepared to continue to engage with us our Discord discussion board where we’ll continue to spill the Tea on each week’s topic during our discussion Monday to Thursday where you can share your personal thoughts, videos, pictures, memes etc. on the subject.

Each participant will receive a B’Teens Welcome Packet from the America-Israel Friendship League which will contain the participation link to B’Teens along with the links to our social media groups and discussion board platform Discord.
